Realizing that the process (how we treat each other) is as important as the results (the ministry we produce), we agree to hold ourselves and each other accountable to the following goals.

 We will strive to:

1. Pray for each other
    
2. Avoid the five dysfunctions of a team:
   1. Absence of Trust
   2. Fear of Conflict
   3. Lack of Commitment
   4. Avoidance of accountability
   5. Inattention to results
       
3. See each other succeed

Ephesians 4:1- 3 "… I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace."
