We will be drawing from a book by Dallas Willard called "The Divine Conspiracy"
The premise of the book is that Jesus calls us to be part of his conspiracy - a way of living in the Kingdom of God here and now - in our everyday lives.  The Kingdom is here and now but it is invisible; the Kingdom is based on love, but it is able to subvert the greatest powers of this world.    Willard views Jesus not only as the Son of God, but as the master craftsman in the craft of living the human life well.   We are called to become apprentices to Jesus in the midst of our everyday struggles, doubts, conflicts, joys, hopes and fears.  Each week we are covering roughly one chapter, digging into a particular scripture that was covered in the chapter.   While our sermons will deal with practical every day life, Willard is a erudite professor of philosophy, so his book is a bit dense and a bit deep.  At the same time,  Richard Foster calls it "A masterpiece and a wonder... the book I have been search for all my life."  If you are interested in ordering a copy of The Divine Conspiracy, you can click on the image below:
